The Spring Meeting, will be held on April 14, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. at the Radisson Collection Hotel and is an official part of the district conference.
The main objectives of the spring meeting are:
– to confirm the membership fee for the 23-24 Rotary year of the district
– approve the management and action plan of the next governor
– to approve the district 23-24 Rotary year budget
– select members of the financial committee
– choose an auditor or an auditor
The meeting is open to all Rotarians, but only the official representatives of the clubs can vote (clubs can authorise non-club members to represent themselves).
Registration is required to attend the spring meeting.
20:00 is the gathering at the ISSEI bar of the Radisson Collection Hotel on the 24th floor.
