Your in-person registration to the conference on Saturday, 15.04.2023, includes a day of activities:

  • Admission to the conference’s opening and closing ceremonies and general sessions, where you’ll hear from inspiring and entertaining speakers, including top leaders in our organisation. 
  • Informative breakout sessions to help you build your communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Opportunities to network and exchange ideas while browsing the club projects booths.
  • Lunch

Your in-person registration to the gala on Saturday, 15.04.2023, includes a day of activities:

  • Admission to the conference gala dinner

What’s not included:

  • Transportation between hotel and Kanutiaia Park, Merepuiestee 5, Tallinn.
  • Pre-conference events
  • Rotary- and host-ticketed events
  • Accommodations, meals, and transportation to and from the airport
  • Cancellations and refunds
    Requests to cancel registrants or Rotary-ticketed events must be received in writing by 15 March 2023 for full refund; and half of the participation fee if you cancel at least 20 days before the conference. If cancellation is later than the dates we mentioned, we have considered your participation, and the participation fee is not refundable.
  • Cancel online: info@rotary.ee. We will refund registration and ticket fees if the conference is cancelled but is not responsible for travel or other related costs incurred by Rotarians and their guests. Registration and tickets are not transferable.
