The annual district conference will be in Tallinn on Saturday, April 15, 2023.
I’ve included the conference’s topics, the evening program and a registration link below. Also, please look at the information about the Sunday day’s activities.

Sign UpThe District 1420 Conference will feature exciting and informative discussions on the topics: “The World Today – Changes in Us, Our Community and the World”, “Rotary Today – Imagine Rotary”, and “Rotary Tomorrow – Rotary and Youth”.
In addition to presentations, the conference price includes lunch at the MEKK restaurant and coffee breaks. Breaks provide an opportunity to communicate with other Rotarians and learn about the clubs’ charitable projects.
After the conference and before the evening gala, there will be a ceremonial opening of the oak tree planted by Paul Harris in Kanutiaia Park, Merepuiestee 5, Tallinn.

PRE-CONFERENCE THE SPRING MEETING
The District Spring Meeting will be held on April 14, 2023, at 17:00 at the Radisson Collection Hotel and is an official part of the district conference. Just to let you know, registration is required.
General meeting of the district and committee meetings are held.
This will be followed by a gathering at 20:00 at the ISSEI bar of the Radisson Collection Hotel on the 24th floor. We would recommend that you register.

DISTRICT CONFERENCE AND GALA

Cancellation of registration
Places are reserved in order of payment.
If you have registered and cannot participate, please send a cancellation notice to info@rotary.ee, as early enough notification allows the following people who wish to participate in the conference.
If you cancel your participation 30 days before the conference, the participation fee paid by you will be returned in full.
You must be reimbursed half of the participation fee if you cancel at least 20 days before the conference.
If you let us know of your cancellation later than the dates we mentioned, we have taken into account your participation, and the participation fee is not refundable.

NGO SLAVA UKRAINI
A citizens’ initiative was launched with Estonian Rotary clubs’ support.
NGO Slava Ukraini focuses on medical supplies, first aid equipment, humanitarian aid, transport and stabilisation equipment for the wounded, medical equipment, and tactical medical training in Ukraine.
